Job Summary
A mental health support and crisis intervention company is in need of a Remote Senior Software Engineering Manager.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Managing and growing a team to build and advance the future Crisis Text Line platform
- Recruiting, hiring, and retaining talent to expand the team
- Managing priorities, deadlines, and deliverables with solid communication
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
- 5 years of experience with software development in one or more programming languages
- 3 years of experience in a technical leadership role overseeing projects
- 2 years of experience in people management and/or supervision/team leadership role
- Experience advancing projects from research and development to a realized product
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
