Job Summary

An information technology company has an open position for a Remote Senior Software Engineering Manager in Lehi.

Must be able to:

  • Mentor and coach a team of engineers tasked with delivering awesome products
  • Develop a vision for the team, working cross-functionally with product managers, UX designers, and our developer community
  • Manage responsibilities and ensure the team is effectively delivering a highly available service to customers

Required Skills:

  • BA/BS degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field, or equivalent work experience
  • 8+ years experience as a software engineer, working in web based applications.
  • 6+ years of serving in an engineering management or technical leadership role
  • Ability to explain complex technical concepts and share your knowledge with diverse audiences both internally and externally
  • The ability to contemplate several, and often conflicting, constraints and make rapid decisions
  • You shine when building roadmaps and can develop a long-term team vision in partnership with other teams across Podium
