Job Summary

A data analytics company is seeking a Remote Senior Software Platform Engineer I in Austin.

Qualifications Include:

• Driven as a team player with 5+ years of experience
• Ability to support a product powered by a high-demand streaming data pipeline i.e. Kafka streams
• Have extensive experience with running services in cloud virtual environments, both in VMs and in containers
• Comfortable with many forms of operational telemetry for improving performance: tracing, flame graphs, GC metrics, etc
• Comfortable managing services throughout their entire lifecycle: coding, testing, deploying software, and the infrastructure to support it
