Job Summary
A business analytics software and service provider is seeking a Remote Senior Software Pricing Analyst.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Understand the trade-offs around optimizing for customer acquisition, expansion, and retention
- Manage the pricing and packaging for the product portfolio
- Conduct market and competitive research as well as customer segmentation analysis
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Complex analytical modeling capabilities
- Usage-based pricing experience (especially with respect to Cloud environments)
- Experience with analytical tools such as Tableau, SAS Visual Analytics, R and Python, Alteryx
- SaaS and/or software pricing strategy experience or transferable skills from adjacent backgrounds
- Advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills
- Ability to analyze large amounts of data to estimate profitability and the customer impact of pricing recommendations
