Job Summary

A software development company is seeking a Remote Senior Software Product Development Operations Mailchimp Technical Program Manager.

Core Responsibilities Include:

• Influencing decisions by connecting strategy, priorities, and business/technical outcomes
• Defining and guiding a communications plan to create alignment between initiatives
• Maintaining a partnership with Product Management

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

• Experience in ensuring continued alignment of program scope, status, risks, and dependencies
• Experience managing both complex technical projects and programs
• Ability to adept at tactfully raising and negotiating conflicting requirements or needs between teams
• Ability to understand methods for designing and managing a communication plan
• Ability to empathetically assess the needs of stakeholders throughout the company
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
