- 6+ years of product experience operating at scale in a tech company or fast-growing startup
- Strong design skills - familiarity with at least one common design tool (we use Figma)
- Strong technical orientation
- Strong data analytics skills
- Demonstrated track record of delivering high-quality products at scale
- Experience in cross channel customer messaging
