Job Summary

A software company has a current position open for a Remote Senior Software Quality Engineer Manager.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Leading Quality Engineers across multiple teams to ensure consistency
  • Evaluating and maintaining the testing strategies, approaches, tools and frameworks used by the teams
  • Designing, developing and executing test automation frameworks and test automation suites

Qualifications for this position include:

  • 1+ years leading Quality Engineers and 7+ years overall working with remote agile product development teams
  • An expert in at least one test automation framework
  • Hands-on experience in software testing and writing software testing automation
  • A deep understanding and real-word experience building automated test suites following Behavior-Driven Design
  • Able to teach the Gherkin syntax to others
  • Experience planning, designing, and implementing testing strategies and automation infrastructure
