A software solutions company is seeking a Remote Senior Software Renewal Account Manager in Chicago.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Owning and executing a portfolio of higher value renewal contracts
- Resolving a wide range of issues in creative ways
- Minimizing financial attrition
Qualifications for this position include:
- 7+ years of demonstrated success in a Sales, Operations, or Account Management capacity
- Strong negotiation and objection handling skills
- Strong process management, financial acumen, and adherence to policy
- Knowledge of salesforce.com product and platform features, capabilities, and best use
- Strong customer management skills
- Experience negotiating complex multi-year services contracts
