Job Summary
An enterprise software development company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Senior Software Sales Enablement Manager.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Own the sales onboarding program
- Create and deliver programs for ongoing enablement
- Support sales adoption of go-to-market messaging
Required Skills:
- 7 + years relevant experience in sales with designing & delivering sales enablement programs or learning solutions
- Strong understanding of adult learning principles
- Data driven with program management experience
- Strong stakeholder management skills
- Comfortable collaborating closely with SMEs and partners as well as executing independently
- Demonstrated ability to seamlessly manage competing priorities
