Job Summary

A software development company is in need of a Remote Senior Software Sales Enablement Trainer.

Must be able to:

  • Facilitate and deliver Sales Enablement programs
  • Work in one-on-one sessions with sales reps
  • Leverage a Train-the-trainer approach

Qualifications Include:

  • 5+ years of experience working to enable sales teams for revenue growth selling processes
  • Strong and confident skills with instructor-led training
  • Demonstrated knowledge of adult learning principles
  • Excellent project management skills
  • Proven success coaching sales reps in the field to achieve and exceed quotas with measurable impact
  • A solid understanding of Force Management, MEDDPICC, or similar methodologies
