Remote Senior Software Sales Enablement Trainer
Job Summary
A software development company is in need of a Remote Senior Software Sales Enablement Trainer.
Must be able to:
- Facilitate and deliver Sales Enablement programs
- Work in one-on-one sessions with sales reps
- Leverage a Train-the-trainer approach
Qualifications Include:
- 5+ years of experience working to enable sales teams for revenue growth selling processes
- Strong and confident skills with instructor-led training
- Demonstrated knowledge of adult learning principles
- Excellent project management skills
- Proven success coaching sales reps in the field to achieve and exceed quotas with measurable impact
- A solid understanding of Force Management, MEDDPICC, or similar methodologies
