A job market analytics software firm is seeking a Remote Senior Software Sales Vice President.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Developing and executing outcomes-based strategic sales plan
- Mentoring and holding accountable the performance of each team member
- Forecasting with accuracy
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Bachelor’s degree and 12+ years combination of prior successful sales experience and/or sales leadership
- Or a combination of educational and experience
- Ability to inspire, coach and adapt to bring out the best in each team member
- Proficient understanding of business technology tools including Google Suite
- Proficient understanding of sales methodologies and tools including Salesforce, HubSpot
- Ability to lead teams in selling multiple products across different platforms
