Job Summary

An environmental and human health research and analytics company is filling a position for a Remote Senior Software Support Analyst.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support of customer laboratory IT systems
  • Provide administration, deployment, and client-side support
  • Provide application and domain expertise to develop solutions to meet requirements

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

  • 25-30% travelling involved
  • Bachelor of Science in Computer Science or Life Science
  • 5+ years of experience providing technical support of customer laboratory IT systems
