Job Summary
An analytics software company has an open position for a Remote Senior Software Talent Acquisition Consultant.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Building bench of exceptional senior software engineering and technical management talent for future needs
- Prioritizing accurate reporting on candidate and req status stages, interview progress and feedback, etc
- Collaborating closely with global technical leaders on opportunistic hiring and shared sourcing of candidates
Position Requirements Include:
- Bachelors degree in HR or related degree
- Demonstrated history of developing successful relationships with top tier software candidates
- Full life cycle recruiting experience filling key roles in a progressive, fast-paced cloud native software environment
- Strong collaboration and partnership experience with Human Resources partners and Business Unit leaders
