Job Summary
An information technology and services company specializing in solutions for the marketing industry has a current position open for a Remote Senior Solution Architect.
Must be able to:
- Work with required teams on solution design for process improvements, issues management, or research
- Provide tier 3 solution support (technical issue management) by researching and resolving issues
- Gather stakeholder requirements and transforms the information into a logical process flow
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- 2+ years experience in technical roles and/or architect roles
- 2+ years experience working in an external client facing environment
- 2+ years experience with change management procedures
- 2+ years experience with database marketing, direct marketing or interactive marketing environments
