Job Summary
An IT services provider is in need of a Remote Senior Solution Consulting Program Manager.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Managing the release lifecycle, events and processes, coordinating and assisting the teams to ensure timely delivery
- Preparing, developing and releasing content that shows our products in the best light possible
- Communicating with stakeholders, escalating impediments, helping manage risk, and driving improvements
Position Requirements Include:
- Experience in managing cross functional programs at a global scale
- Ability to work and communicate across different departments, with remote resources, and in multiple time zones
- Deployed a program or process used by the sales force
- Experience in managing demands against shared development resources
- Knowledge of the software industry and preferably SaaS companies
- All other requirements necessary for this position
