Job Summary

A cloud computing services company is filling a position for a Remote Senior Solutions Architect.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Act as a technical liaison between customers, partners, service engineering teams and support
  • Build deep relationships with senior technical individuals
  • Ensure customer success in building and launching Connect solutions

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

  • 3+ years of customer-facing experience, preferably in the enterprise space
  • Experience building integrations across WFM, CRM, Unified Communications, and contact center solutions
  • Contact Center industry experience
  • Working knowledge of popular communications protocols and APIs such as WebRTC and SIP
  • Experience developing solutions and passion for getting hands dirty with code/scripting
