Job Summary
A document management company is filling a position for a Telecommute Senior Solutions Architect in Dallas.
Must be able to:
- Develop business cases for pursuing business opportunities
- Completing studies of client business processes in order to re-design business processes
- Providing support in identifying and qualifying leads
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Five years of experience in learning solutions architect role or comparable job assignments
- Three to five years of operations experience delivering learning services for outsource customers
- Experience working across several industries or deep experience in one or two industries
- Five years of consultative selling experience and/or proven experience as a trusted business advisor to clients
- Proven success in helping to solve client problems and positively impacting performance of client learning populations
- Ability to take a business outcome and link it to an appropriate learning need
