Job Summary

A software company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Senior Solutions Engineer.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Interfacing with customers to capture integration requirements across different ATS/CRM/Job Board systems
  • Helping design API call flows and how ATS/CRM/Job Board systems will interact with the company's platform and vice versa
  • Collaborating with Sales and Customer Success business units to help sell the value of the company's API and Integration solutions

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

  • 5+ years of experience in a solutions engineering related role
  • Experience with SaaS, ideally talent acquisition or HR software
  • Customer facing experience; proven ability to interface with customers as well as internal stakeholders
  • Integration experience, working specifically with APIs, developing call flows
