Job Summary

A healthcare technology company is filling a position for a Remote Senior Sourcer.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Driving sourcing capability and delivery
  • Creating sourcing funnels and leveraging data to optimize inclusive representation
  • Maintaining records with accuracy in our ATS and maintaining high data integrity

Qualifications Include:

  • Bachelor's in HR, business, or related area and 2 years experience in HR, talent acquisition, or similar
  • Or 4 years experience in candidate sourcing, recruiting, in a staffing agency or corporate environment
  • Broad knowledge of Talent Acquisition principles and best practices
  • Working knowledge of ATS systems
  • Are data savvy and can leverage insights to inform and enhance diverse strategies
  • Have deep experience with sourcing and engaging passive candidates
