Job Summary
A privately-held computer software company is seeking a Remote Senior Specialist and Contracts Consultant.
Must be able to:
- Help draft, negotiate and manage a wide range of potential contracts
- Identify and mitigate business risks throughout the contracting process
- Manage the lifecycle of contracts, including contract expirations, renewals, extensions, terminations, and amendments
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Associates Degree (or higher) in paralegal studies, Business Law or equivalent discipline or four-year degree in Business, HealthCare
- 5+ years of direct generalist contract experience, preferably in the Biotech/ Pharmaceutical or Diagnostics Industries
- MS Office skills (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
