An online home good retailer is seeking a Remote Senior Specialized Service Manager.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Developing, managing and coaching managers of specialized teams
- Holding regular meetings to discuss performance trends
- Effectively interviewing and recommending candidates for hire
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- 5+ years of service management experience, with proven leadership track record
- Proven experience leveraging technology to optimize customer operations and sales
