Remote Senior Staff Accountant

Job Summary

A computer software company is in need of a Remote Senior Staff Accountant.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

• Performing monthly billing and cash application
• Performing monthly close activities
• Performing technical accounting research and prepare documentation around audit risk areas

Skills and Requirements Include:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
• Experience working with one or more financial ERP/general ledger systems
• 2+ years of progressive experience
• Strong technical accounting skills and exposure to ASC 606 revenue recognition rules under U.S. GAAP
• Strong interpersonal skills
