Job Summary

An IT data storage company is in need of a Remote Senior Staff Cloud Engagement Engineer in Seattle.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Deploying a technical playbook which defines the path to "win" with customers
  • Establishing relationships with the customer to understand customer priorities
  • Leading execution of fleet management tool deployment.

Qualifications Include:

  • Ability to travel 10-15%
  • Proficient in MS Excel, PowerPoint, Word
  • Relevant experience in a customer service capacity
  • Must have good understanding of Hard Disk Drives (HDD)
  • 6 - 10+ years experience depending on education level
