Job Summary
A biotechnology company has a current position open for a Remote Senior Staff Compensation Analyst.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Planning, designing, implementing, and maintaining global commercial compensation and rewards programs and structures
- Helping drive territory alignment, quota setting and coverage optimization
- Owning the administration of annual sales incentive plan roll out and facilitating with Commercial finance for execution
Position Requirements Include:
- Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in financial analysis, sales analysis, or sales compensation
- Must be a self-starter who can work alone or in a team environment
- Strong Excel (and Microsoft Office) knowledge
- Ability to thrive in a fast paced global environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
