Job Summary

A biotechnology company has a current position open for a Remote Senior Staff Compensation Analyst.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Planning, designing, implementing, and maintaining global commercial compensation and rewards programs and structures
  • Helping drive territory alignment, quota setting and coverage optimization
  • Owning the administration of annual sales incentive plan roll out and facilitating with Commercial finance for execution

Position Requirements Include:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field
  • 5+ years of experience in financial analysis, sales analysis, or sales compensation
  • Must be a self-starter who can work alone or in a team environment
  • Strong Excel (and Microsoft Office) knowledge
  • Ability to thrive in a fast paced global environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
