Remote Senior Staff Engineer

Job Summary

An off-price retailer of clothing and home fashions has an open position for a Remote Senior Staff Engineer.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

• Being accountable for the design, implementation, and support of our portfolio products in the Buying program
• Collaborating on our efforts in areas ranging from coding best practices
• Acting as a Lead Engineer for medium to large initiatives, prioritizing and assigning tasks

Qualifications Include:

• 8 years of experience and progressive responsibility in .NET software engineering
• Experience in agile software development, TDD, and continuous improvement concepts
• Comfortable providing analysis to both technical and non-technical audiences
• Knowledge of and experience with cloud-delivered software and best practices, especially Azure
• Solid grasp of API design and versioning
• Experience with data modeling
