Job Summary
A space technology company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Senior Staff or Principal Java Software Developer.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Develop frontend and backend software
- Perform peer reviews and create automated test cases
- Document and maintain architectures
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- 8 years of non-internship professional software development experience
- Bachelor's degree in a STEM field. Four additional years of experience may be substituted for a degree
- Programming experience with Java and Python
- Experience building AWS services, including using serverless computing technologies
- Familiarly with infrastructure as code tools (Terraform) and CI/CD tools (GitLab)
- Experience with a large shared codebase and continuous integration and deployment workflows
