Remote Senior Staff Site Reliability Engineer
Job Summary
A restaurant technology developer needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Senior Staff Site Reliability Engineer.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Build the foundations of the SRE organization
- Influence new designs and architecture
- Define external SLAs
Qualifications for this position include:
- 5+ years of engineering experience with a focus on improving the reliability and scalability of systems
- 2+ years of specific SRE experience working with metrics, traces, and logs
- Experience in automation via infrastructure as code
- Experience with log management tools such as fluentd/fluent-bit, splunk, ELK
- Experience with APM tools, ex: newrelic, datadog, dynatrace
- Deep understanding of cloud and microservice architecture
