Job Summary
A software development firm is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Senior Staff Software Engineer.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Create customer value, understanding customer needs, and end users
- Drive and lead the technical roadmap
- Lead engineers in one or more talented engineering teams for needs assessment
Qualifications for this position include:
- 10+ years of engineering experience with design, implementation, and operations of critical systems
- Strong expertise in leading large projects across multiple teams
- Experience mentoring both junior and senior engineers
- Thrives while working closely with engineers at all levels
- Bias for action and iterate to success
- Work across all layers of the technology stack
