Job Summary

A people management platform needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Senior Staff Software Engineer.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

• Build a performance platform that will scale with the business
• Decouple the performance products from broader platform to better suit our technology needs
• Identify opportunities to improve the maintainability, scalability, and reliability of business-critical systems

Qualifications Include:

• 9+ years of professional experience writing and maintaining production-level applications
• Have worked with a modern programming language like JavaScript, Ruby, Python, etc
• Have got good database and data modeling experience
• Know the ins-and-outs of maintaining and scaling an application actively serving customers in production
• Seek out the root cause when debugging software defects and champion improvements that prevent future issues
• A great communicator and collaborator
