Job Summary

A people management platform needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Senior Staff Software Engineer.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

Build a performance platform that will scale with the business
Decouple the performance products from broader platform to better suit our technology needs
Identify opportunities to improve the maintainability, scalability, and reliability of business-critical systems

Qualifications Include:

9+ years of professional experience writing and maintaining production-level applications
Have worked with a modern programming language like JavaScript, Ruby, Python, etc
Have got good database and data modeling experience
Know the ins-and-outs of maintaining and scaling an application actively serving customers in production
Seek out the root cause when debugging software defects and champion improvements that prevent future issues
A great communicator and collaborator
