Job Summary
A data management company is filling a position for a Remote Senior Staff Technical Program Manager.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Managing and scaling engineering programs across multiple product SaaS offerings
- Delivering on many unrelated programs at the same time, and effectively prioritizing between them
- Collaborating with engineering teams, product management, IT, operations, and other teams to define priorities
Position Requirements Include:
- A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field
- Have 5+ years of experience working in Agile environment
- Have 8+ years of experience working directly with devlopment teams in a dynamic software development company
- Possess strong organization skills with excellent attention to detail with excellent communication skills
- Have experience building and rolling out processes
- A passion for collaborating with and motivating cross-functional teams
