Job Summary
A health insurance company is filling a position for a Remote Senior Stock and Compensation Analyst.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Assisting the Director of Compensation with the administration of the company's options
- Acting as the liaison between external and internal stakeholders
- Preparing custom reports on E*Trade
Position Requirements Include:
- 5+ years of relevant compensation experience (mostly equity)
- Experience with E*Trade and HRIS (i.e.,ADP Workforce Now) systems
- Proven experience with quantitative and qualitative research methods
- Strong experience with equity administration and its regulatory compliance requirements
- Have advanced level experience in Excel
