Job Summary

A health insurance company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Senior Stock and Compensation Analyst.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Administer enrollment events coordination for ESPP
  • Act as the liaison between external and internal stakeholders
  • Assist with end-to-end planning and coordination of the annual compensation cycle

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

  • 4+ years of relevant compensation experience
  • Experience with quantitative and qualitative research methods
  • Experience with stock administration and HRIS platforms
  • Strong experience with equity administration
  • Advanced level experience in Excel
