Job Summary
A health insurance company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Senior Stock and Compensation Analyst.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Administer enrollment events coordination for ESPP
- Act as the liaison between external and internal stakeholders
- Assist with end-to-end planning and coordination of the annual compensation cycle
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- 4+ years of relevant compensation experience
- Experience with quantitative and qualitative research methods
- Experience with stock administration and HRIS platforms
- Strong experience with equity administration
- Advanced level experience in Excel
