Job Summary

A cloud-based computing software firm is in need of a Remote Senior Stock Plan Analyst in Chicago .

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

• Preparing equity grant paperwork for approval, process new equity grants and distribute online grant agreements
• Assisting with maintaining database integrity, and ensuring the accuracy of record keeping of employee and equity data
• Generating recurring reports and respond timely to ad hoc requests from business partners

Required Skills:

• 4+ years stock administration experience or equivalent experience in a multi-national, publicly traded company
• Experience with equity and HCM administration systems
• Certified Equity Professional (CEP), Exam Level 1 (or higher)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Strong work ethic and ability to work independently
• Outstanding analytical, communication and organizational skills
