Job Summary
An electric vehicle charging technology company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Senior Strategic Accounts Program Manager.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Acting as primary liaison between stakeholders to maintain a highly collaborative, solution-oriented program
- Acting as primary liaison between Support and Product Management to ensure requirements are addressed
- Responding to escalated issues and interacting with various groups to resolve
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in a business or technology related field or equivalent combination of education and experience
- 8+ years’ experience in a program management role implementing customer solutions
- Demonstrated skills in leadership, negotiation, problem solving, conflict management, planning, and delegating
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office products, familiar with Salesforce, CRM and case management systems
- Demonstrated skills in process modeling, requirements definition and data mapping
- Demonstrated experience in developing and delivering user and systems training
