Job Summary
A cloud computing services company has a current position open for a Remote Senior Strategic Industries and Public Sector Technical Training Program Manager.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Unifying distributed efforts and owning the plan to deliver quality outcomes
- Defining metrics and KPIs to measure success of strategic initiatives
- Managing programs to scale and improving the learner and TAM experience
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in program or project management
- Experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership
- Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements
- Bachelor’s Degree in a business, computer science, engineering or a related technical discipline
- 5 years customer-facing program manager roles supporting global, enterprise-scale organizations
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills, specifically MS Excel, are a must
