A pharmaceutical research and development company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Senior Clinical Data Manager.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

• Source and evaluate company’s merger and acquisitions
• Identify prospective target opportunities
• Determine appropriate valuation and deal structure

Qualifications Include:

• MBA from top-rated business school or similar level of experience and skills
• 10+ years related work experiences in healthcare and life science industries
• 5+ years M&A/Corporate Development experience OR
• 5+ years in Investment Banking and Private Equity
• Fluency in performing financial, valuation and broad quantitative analyses
• Familiarity with accounting and key operational metrics
