A full-service mutual insurance company is in need of a Remote Senior Strategy and Program Management Office Project Portfolio Manager.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Developing and maintaining a risk management plan
- Providing leadership throughout entire project lifecycles across multiple functional areas
- Setting project plans and ensuring projects achieve critical milestones on time and on budget
Skills and Requirements Include:
- 8+ years of project and change management experience
- Proven experience managing teams that include multiple third-parties and internal resources
- xtensive knowledge of associated methodologies, techniques, processes, and approaches
- Budget, cost, and profitability management skills
- Ability to blend innovation and agile methodologies with traditional project management to optimize solutions and collaboration
- Experience leading large programs and small-scale projects with a wide variety of scope while consistently applying critical thinking skills
