Job Summary
A defense and aerospace company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Senior Subcontracts Management Specialist.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Managing supplier performance
- Managing program ETC/EAC and explaining variances in monthly performance
- Supporting Small Business Initiatives and CPSR Compliance requirements
Qualifications for this position include:
- Bachelor’s degree and 6 years of related experience
- Must be able to obtain and maintain a DoD security clearance
- Demonstrated leadership of cross-functional teams
- Working knowledge of FAR/DFARs
- Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills
- Experience executing and managing multiple contract types
