Job Summary

A social media company has an open position for a Remote Senior Subscriptions Backend Software Engineer.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Working on a rapid iteration cycle of launching and learning
  • Working collaboratively with Product Management, Design, User Research, and engineering teams
  • Working on delivering value to our customers

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

  • 5+ years experience as a backend engineer
  • Distributed systems experience
  • Experience in API design (REST or GraphQL)
  • Experience rapidly prototyping ideas and working collaboratively
  • BS, MS, or PhD in Computer Science or similar technical field, or equivalent work experience
  • Strong distributed systems best practices
