An online IT courses provider has an open position for a Remote Senior Success Strategy and Operations Director.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Building out the operational processes and capabilities to deliver on the strategy
- Developing a consistent and aligned strategy across the success organization
- Partnering closely with the Senior Vice President of Revenue Strategy & Operations
Qualifications for this position include:
- Have led high-performing teams in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with sales, customer success, professional services in a strategic or operational role
- Experience with Success technology stack
- Likely have an MBA or equivalent
- Have worked in a continually changing environment where you would need to adjust strategies and realign priorities
- Have examples of creating and delivering high profile strategic projects within a business, leading cross-functional, global teams
