Job Summary

A business services company has an open position for a Remote Senior Supply Chain and Logistics Platform Customer Experience Manager.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Driving post-implementation adoption of the product with customers
  • Creating and executing success plans with our customers
  • Leading product roadmap and innovation discussions

Required Skills:

  • 5+ years of Customer Experience or Account Management experience
  • Ability to lead, manage & develop teams in a fast-paced environment
  • 3+ years of supply chain and logistics industry experience
  • Bachelor's degree in logistics, marketing, or related field
  • Familiarity with Salesforce, ZenDesk, Jira, Tableau is desirable
