Job Summary
A business services company has an open position for a Remote Senior Supply Chain and Logistics Platform Customer Experience Manager.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Driving post-implementation adoption of the product with customers
- Creating and executing success plans with our customers
- Leading product roadmap and innovation discussions
Required Skills:
- 5+ years of Customer Experience or Account Management experience
- Ability to lead, manage & develop teams in a fast-paced environment
- 3+ years of supply chain and logistics industry experience
- Bachelor's degree in logistics, marketing, or related field
- Familiarity with Salesforce, ZenDesk, Jira, Tableau is desirable
