Job Summary

A business services company has an open position for a Remote Senior Supply Chain and Logistics Platform Customer Experience Manager.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

Driving post-implementation adoption of the product with customers
Creating and executing success plans with our customers
Leading product roadmap and innovation discussions

Required Skills:

5+ years of Customer Experience or Account Management experience
Ability to lead, manage & develop teams in a fast-paced environment
3+ years of supply chain and logistics industry experience
Bachelor's degree in logistics, marketing, or related field
Familiarity with Salesforce, ZenDesk, Jira, Tableau is desirable
