Job Summary

A business services and development company is seeking a Remote Senior Support Account Manager.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Deliver business value by aligning solutions to address the customer’s support needs
  • Coordinate internal resources, including technical and customer support
  • Act as an escalation point and advocate for critical customer issues
