Job Summary
To support a growing team, the full-time Remote Senior Support Engineer will provide technical excellence for systems, software, and hardware while advocating for customer satisfaction and participating in training and documentation efforts.
Key responsibilities
- Provide exceptional technical support and advocate for customer satisfaction
- Document and update internal knowledge bases, standard operating procedures, and wikis
- Participate in training incoming staff and handle after-hours escalation on-call rotation
Required qualifications
- Proven experience as a senior technical engineer, preferably in an MSP environment
- Current Microsoft, Azure, or cloud computing, CCNA certifications or equivalent
- Advanced skills in managing Active Directory Domain environments
- A minimum of 5+ years of experience in support and engineering of Windows on-premise and cloud environments
- Proficient in networking for both on-premise and cloud-based networks
