Job Summary
A software company is seeking a Remote Senior Support Excellence Program Manager.
Must be able to:
- Use product knowledge and relationships to identify and drive resolution of customer affecting bugs and enhancements
- Construct an evidence based business case for significant engineering changes
- Drive training strategy, communications, and support engineer awareness for all customer support use cases
Skills and Requirements Include:
- 5+ years of experience in technical support, systems administration or related fields
- Competency in using MS Office products
- Bachelor's Degree, in a technical discipline or equivalent work experience
- 4+ years of experience in Program Management function
- Experience presenting - written and verbal
- Experience with SaaS Products and B2B technical support
