Job Summary

A software company is seeking a Remote Senior Support Excellence Program Manager.

Must be able to:

  • Use product knowledge and relationships to identify and drive resolution of customer affecting bugs and enhancements
  • Construct an evidence based business case for significant engineering changes
  • Drive training strategy, communications, and support engineer awareness for all customer support use cases

Skills and Requirements Include:

  • 5+ years of experience in technical support, systems administration or related fields
  • Competency in using MS Office products
  • Bachelor's Degree, in a technical discipline or equivalent work experience
  • 4+ years of experience in Program Management function
  • Experience presenting - written and verbal
  • Experience with SaaS Products and B2B technical support
