A food delivery service company is in need of a Remote Senior Support Operations Instructional Designer.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Designing, updating, and improving upon new hire and refresher materials
- Using slide decks, videos, infographics, games, interactive learning, and blended approaches
- Identifying gaps in training materials
Skills and Requirements Include:
- 4+ years of recent experience developing training programs and course materials (Adobe CC on Mac OS)
- Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design/Technology, Education, English, or related field
- Have high bandwidth and no problem juggling multiple tasks at once
- Excel with learning progressive trends in the industry
