Job Summary
A software technology company has a current position open for a Remote Senior Support Operations Manager in Portland.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Supervise the design and development of processes, workflows, automation, and content
- Build, lead and coach the Support Operations team
- Prioritize programs, projects, reports, and tasks being worked on by your Support Operations team
Position Requirements Include:
- 8+ years experience managing a team of Support or Support Operations specialists
- 10+ years proven experience in Support Engineering Operations or Customer Success Operations
- A solid understanding of DevOps Engineering, Software Engineering, or System Administration
- Data Science and Program Management experience required
- Excellent problem solving, analytical, and troubleshooting skills
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or equivalent professional experience
