Job Summary
A software company has an open position for a Remote Senior Support Product Manager.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Establishing and maintaining positive working relationships and constant communication with cross-department product teams
- Engaging Product Management early to establish commitment for usability and supportability requirements
- Owning and driving global product improvement councils for assigned products
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Business or technology related bachelor degree (or equivalent work experience) is required
- Program/Project or Product Management experience is required
- Extremely strong verbal and written communication skills
- Negotiation and conflict management skills
- Proven analytical skills, able to create intelligence from information and utilize the results for impact
