Job Summary

A property & casualty insurance company is filling a position for a Remote Senior Surplus and Specialty Actuarial Analyst.

Must be able to:

  • Supplement rating organization loss costs/rating factors with company specific insights and competitive intelligence
  • Perform annual profitability study, communicate findings to underwriting & senior management
  • Provide ad hoc data and analysis to assist management as necessary relating to business opportunities as they arise

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

  • BS in mathematics or actuarial science
  • Proficient in MS Office products, and Microsoft SQL or SQL related programming language
