Job Summary

A compensation administration company has an open position for a Remote Senior System Administrator.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

• Developing department/role-specific Dashboards, Reports, Contact Lists, Notifications
• Maintaining an internal client database in HubSpot for all active/inactive clients
• Building workflows for Automation associated with Marketing and Sales processes

Qualifications Include:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• 2+ years of experience in Sales, Business or Marketing Operations, or similar role
• 2+ years of experience as a Hubspot CRM Marketing Hub Administrator required
• 1+ year of experience with relational databases
• Experience developing end-user reports using SQL required
• Experience supporting a team of sales professionals
