Job Summary

An asset management and business processing solutions company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Senior System and Automation Engineer.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Provide requirement review and solution documentation
  • Provide analysis and reporting support
  • Complete change control

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

  • 6 years of progressive call center management experience or 3 years of IT experience that translates to the support of an enterprise call center
  • Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology or three Software/Hardware Certifications that could support an enterprise call center
  • Applicants must be able to obtain Public Trust security clearance
  • Demonstrated analytical skills with proven ability to identify and resolve issues
